This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Deliver subject-specific instruction from the home office within WBS LearnSpace 3D.
• Employ a diverse range of teaching techniques to craft lessons.
• Actively engage in the execution and ongoing enhancement of our "Praxiswerkstadt."
• Show enthusiasm for incorporating adaptive learning concepts powered by AI.
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives.
• Completion of training as a Verwaltungsfachangestellte (administrative specialist) or equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in areas such as public finance, administrative organization, and digital administration with an emphasis on AI and customer orientation.
• Evidence of pedagogical competence is preferred.
• Excellent command of German (C2 level) as the medium of instruction.
