Trainer – KIS/KAS Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will facilitate practical, hands-on product training for both clients and employees.

• You will plan, organize, and support internal training, including train-the-trainer, end-user, and key-user programs, overseeing everything from preparation to follow-up.

• You will create innovative training concepts and introduce fresh ideas for knowledge transfer.

• You will develop contemporary learning materials, such as e-learning modules and training videos.

• You will assist in the creation and maintenance of process documentation (e.g., in Confluence).

• You will collaborate closely with our healthcare clients in hospital settings, serving as a knowledgeable point of contact.

⛳️ Requirements

• A number of years of professional experience in a hospital environment, preferably with an IT focus.

• Proven experience in designing and delivering trainings and workshops.

• Familiarity with adult education principles is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A customer-oriented mindset, with flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to new situations.

• A willingness to travel regularly for on-site assignments in hospitals.

• Proficient in German, both written and spoken.

• Proficiency in English is a plus.
