Trainer / Instructor – Retraining for IT Specialist (Application Development)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• As a member of WBS TRAINING, you embody your profession with enthusiasm and foresight.

• In your capacity as an instructor, your main objective is to enhance the skills of course participants.

• When designing lessons, you view yourself as both a content provider and a facilitator/mentor in Learning 4.0.

• This role includes delivering subject-specific instruction from the WBS LearnSpace 3D® home office.

• Employ various teaching methodologies in your lesson design.

• Prepare and develop course-related learning materials in alignment with the curriculum.

• Conduct assessments to evaluate competency improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A vocational qualification as an IT Specialist in Application Development or a comparable qualification.

• A minimum of 5 years of verifiable professional experience.

• Strong knowledge and skills in multiple areas of software development and information technology.

• In-depth understanding of programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.

• Practical experience in software/web development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies.

• Familiarity with databases and SQL, software architecture and design, virtualization (Hyper‑V), and operating systems, including system architecture and security best practices.

• An interest in AI and ChatGPT, with the ability to integrate these into instructional methods.

• Previous experience as a trainer, lecturer, instructor, or teacher is advantageous.

• Evidence of pedagogical qualifications (e.g., trainer certificate according to AEVO).

• Methodical and didactic abilities in delivering educational content.

• A self-reliant, organized approach to work with a high level of personal responsibility.

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for teamwork.
