Trainer, Instructor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design and implementation of online courses: You will plan, organize, and conduct live online teaching sessions, fostering a motivating and practice-oriented learning atmosphere.

• Quality assurance & development of learning materials: You will create and update scripts, instructional videos, worksheets, and presentations that are both technically proficient and pedagogically sound.

• Personalized learner assistance: You will offer individualized support to participants throughout their learning journey, addressing subject-related queries and actively aiding their progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have a passion for teaching and guiding individuals in their personal growth.

• You prefer to work in a structured and self-motivated manner.

• You possess strong communication skills and are empathetic and inspiring.

• You hold an IHK advanced vocational qualification (e.g., Industriemeister/Industrial Supervisor, Technical Specialist, or equivalent) as well as a pedagogical certification (e.g., trainer qualification under AEVO).
