This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You passionately represent your area of expertise with foresight.

• The focus is on the competence development of course participants.

• Design lessons as an input provider and support in the role of a learning facilitator for Learning 4.0.

• Subject-specific instruction from the home office in WBS LearnSpace 3D ®.

• Provide a solid overview of principles, terms, and application areas of BIM throughout the entire building lifecycle.

• Utilize various teaching methods (practical case studies and group work).

• Explain levels of detail (LOD), data quality requirements, and information flows.

• Prepare and design instructional learning materials according to the curriculum.

• Conduct competency growth assessments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, facility management, real estate management, or a comparable field.

• Solid practical and methodological knowledge in the area of BIM.

• Experience with digital building models, LOD concepts, and BIM applications across various lifecycle phases.

• Strong communication skills.

• Initial experience in internal training, further education, or the presentation of case studies.

• Educational suitability (AEVO).

• Methodical-didactic skill in conveying teaching content.

• Independent and structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility.
