📋 Description

• As a fee-based trainer at WBS TRAINING, you passionately represent your area of expertise with foresight.

• In your role as a trainer, the primary focus is on developing the competencies of course participants.

• You see yourself in lesson planning both as a knowledge provider and as a supportive learning companion in Learning 4.0!

• This includes subject-specific instruction from home using WBS LearnSpace 3D® for courses in Quality Management Representative, Quality Manager, or External Quality Auditor.

• Application of various teaching methods for lesson design.

• Preparation and creation of lesson-related learning materials according to the curriculum.

• Conducting assessments to measure competency growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree in business sciences or related fields.

• Professional experience as a Quality Management Representative, Quality Manager, and/or External Quality Auditor.

• Proof of the aforementioned certifications.

• Evidence of pedagogical suitability, such as in the form of an AVEO.

• Experience in teaching in funded adult education.

• Methodical and didactic skill in conveying educational content.

• Independent, structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility.

• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
