This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conducting lessons via MS Teams.

• Designing an interactive online teaching experience utilizing modern, engaging instructional methods.

• Preparing and developing lesson-related learning materials in accordance with the IHK framework plan.

• Creating practical exercise tasks.

• Targeted preparation for the IHK examination.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed training or degree in the fields of media, printing, communication, media management, or a comparable discipline.

• Ideally, a qualification as a media specialist, industrial master in print media, or a similar credential.

• Several years of professional experience in the media and printing industry.

• Solid knowledge in the areas of products and processes of print and digital media production.

• Understanding of sales and business processes.

• Optional qualification focus on "digital media."

• Didactic skills, with experience in training or adult education.

• AEVO or a comparable pedagogical qualification is desirable.

• Proficient use of digital teaching and communication tools (especially MS Teams).

• Methodological and didactic skillfulness in conveying complex content.

• Strong communication skills, reliability, and self-organization.

• Enjoyment in motivating and practically supporting learners.

• Experience in advanced training and participation in the IHK examination committee is an advantage.
