This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• As a freelance trainer at WBS TRAINING, you will passionately represent your area of expertise with foresight.

• The primary focus is on fostering the skill development of the course participants.

• You will design lessons as both a content provider and a supportive learning facilitator in the context of Learning 4.0.

• Subject-specific instruction will be conducted from your home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D®.

• You will employ various teaching methods for effective lesson planning.

• Guidance on tasks and responsibilities at the reception and front desk in the hospitality sector will be provided as examples.

• Preparation and design of lesson-related learning materials in accordance with the curriculum.

• Conducting assessments to measure skill enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed education in the hotel industry (e.g., hotel management, front office agent, assistant hotel management, etc.).

• Several years of professional experience in the hospitality sector.

• Proficiency in using the hotel software protel.

• Strong communication skills.

• Entrepreneurial thinking and action.

• Initial experience in internal training, further education, or presenting case studies.

• Educational qualification (AEVO).

• Methodical and didactic skill in teaching content.

• Independent and structured working style with high personal responsibility.
