Trainer for Smart Building, BIM Models

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• As a freelance trainer at WBS TRAINING, you embody your area of expertise with enthusiasm and insight.

• The primary objective is to enhance the skills of course participants.

• Subject-specific instruction is delivered remotely from the home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D®.

• Offer a comprehensive overview of the principles, terminology, and application domains of BIM.

• Employ a range of teaching methods, including practical case studies and group collaboration.

• Clarify levels of detail (LOD), data quality standards, and information workflows.

• Develop and create course-related learning materials in line with the curriculum.

• Conduct evaluations to assess competency improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Facility Management, Real Estate, or a similar discipline.

• Strong practical and methodological expertise in BIM.

• Experience with digital building models, LOD concepts, and BIM applications across various lifecycle stages.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Some background in internal training, continuing education, or presenting case studies.

• Pedagogical qualification (AEVO).

• Strong methodological and didactic abilities in delivering instructional content.

• Independent and organized work style with a high level of personal accountability.
