Trainer for Media Specialists, Print & Digital

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• As a freelance trainer at WBS TRAINING, you will embody your expertise with enthusiasm and insight.

• Conduct training sessions using MS Teams.

• Create engaging online lessons employing contemporary, learner-centered teaching strategies.

• Prepare and curate course materials that align with the IHK curriculum framework.

• Develop practical exercises and assignments.

• Offer focused preparation for the IHK examination.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed vocational training or a degree in media, printing, communications, media management, or a relevant field.

• Ideally possess certification as a Media Specialist (Medienfachwirt), Master Craftsman in Print Media (Industriemeister Printmedien), or an equivalent qualification.

• Several years of industry experience in media and print.

• Strong knowledge of products and processes in both print and digital media production.

• Understanding of sales and business processes.

• Elective specialization focus in "Digital Media."

• Teaching skills and didactic expertise.

• Experience in vocational training or adult education.

• AEVO (trainer aptitude certificate) or a comparable pedagogical qualification is desirable.

• Proficient in using digital teaching and communication tools, particularly MS Teams.

• Methodical and didactic capability in communicating complex topics.

• Excellent communication skills, along with reliability and self-organization.

• Passion for motivating and assisting learners in a practical, engaging manner.

• Experience in advanced vocational training and participation in IHK examination committees is a plus.
