Trainer for Freight Forwarding and Logistics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• As a freelance trainer in logistics, you will guide our participants on their journey towards a successful career while fostering self-directed learning in accordance with Learning 4.0 – digital, interactive, and practice-focused.

• Instruction will be delivered from the home office utilizing WBS LearnSpace 3D®.

• Employ a variety of teaching methods to create engaging lessons.

• Prepare and develop lesson-specific learning materials aligned with the curriculum.

• Conduct assessments to evaluate competency improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in freight forwarding and logistics services or customs (Dakosy).

• Professional experience in freight forwarding, particularly in customs, IT-ATLAS procedures, transport modes, and logistics.

• Desirable: specialized knowledge in legal frameworks, commercial management and control, cost and performance accounting, as well as communication and collaboration skills.

• Teaching experience (ideally within adult education).

• Strong methodological and didactic skills for conveying instructional content.

• A reliable, independent, and structured work style with a high degree of personal accountability.

• Excellent proficiency in the German language (C2 level).

• Ideally, certification of pedagogical qualifications (e.g., AEVO).
