Trainer for CAD and Artificial Intelligence in Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Be at the forefront of the next generation of digital design.

• Educate on practical knowledge related to CAD systems, Generative Design, and the effective application of AI in engineering.

• Assist in the entire digital engineering workflow: from design tasks to AI-assisted analysis, generative variant development, technical evaluation, optimization, documentation, and integration into professional practice.

• Enhance the skills of CAD professionals by incorporating advanced AI tools and techniques.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree or technical training in mechanical engineering, product development, design engineering, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in design, product development, or CAD engineering.

• Excellent proficiency in at least one professional CAD software (e.g., Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, CATIA, or Fusion 360).

• Hands-on experience with parametric modeling and contemporary CAD workflows.

• Strong understanding of current AI applications in engineering and CAD environments.

• Proven experience in the effective use of generative AI solutions like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted features of modern CAD systems, such as Generative Design or automated optimization.

• Capability to evaluate AI-generated outcomes professionally and assess them critically.

• A thorough understanding of the opportunities, limitations, risks, and quality standards associated with generative AI.

• Experience in delivering technical content to adult learners or similar training experience.
