AI Business Transformation Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across various business functions.

• Foster AI-driven innovation through a structured model of discover, design, develop, and deploy.

• Lead and cultivate the embedded AI champion network across different business units.

• Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to define and pilot AI-enhanced workflows.

• Manage change across functions, which includes training team members, updating standard operating procedures, and monitoring adoption rates.

• Work with ERP, HR, CRM, and other SaaS vendors to implement AI capabilities.

• Monitor and communicate productivity and innovation outcomes to the AI Leadership Council and the Center of Excellence (CoE).

• Advocate for business requirements within the CoE roadmap.

• Chair the interdisciplinary AI champion community of practice.

• Initiate AI opportunities and projects, enhance adoption, achieve productivity improvements, and accelerate organizational innovation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience driving AI-led transformation in a large-scale organization.

• Experience as a founder or in an early-stage startup is essential.

• Proven ability to establish a new capability from the ground up in ambiguous settings with limited resources.

• Track record of successfully adopting new tools or technologies and managing change across teams.

• Strong understanding of AI/LLM concepts, including prompting, limitations, and appropriate applications.

• Excellent communication skills to bridge commercial or operational needs with technical capabilities.

• Previous experience in piloting or scaling new systems or process changes across multiple functions is highly advantageous.
