This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Deliver subject-specific instruction remotely utilizing WBS LearnSpace 3D®
• Implement diverse teaching strategies to create engaging lessons
• Develop and prepare curriculum-aligned educational materials
• Perform life cycle assessments (LCA) for both residential and non-residential structures
• Share case studies from projects, training experiences, or reports related to sustainable and energy-efficient construction
• Foster the competency growth of course participants
• Assist course participants as contributors and facilitators in the learning process
• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Building Services Engineering (TGA)
• Multiple years of professional experience in building assessments following QNG standards and within the Climate-Friendly New Construction initiative
• Experience in preparing and analyzing life cycle assessments using Hottgenroth, ECO-CAD, and ETU-Planer
• Additional qualification in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) for buildings
• Certification as an Energy Efficiency Expert
• Proficient command of the German language as the medium of instruction (C2 level)
• Initial experience in internal training, continuing education, or presenting case studies
• Strong methodological and didactic abilities in delivering instructional content
• Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, demonstrating a high level of personal responsibility
