Trainer, Financial Accounting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• As a freelance trainer at WBS TRAINING SE, you embody your area of expertise with enthusiasm and vision.

• You are passionate about implementing innovative strategies for personalized, practice-oriented knowledge transfer.

• Your main objective as a trainer is to foster the competence development of course participants.

• In designing your lessons, you view yourself as both a subject-matter expert and a learning facilitator — Learning 4.0!

• This involves delivering subject-specific instruction utilizing adaptive, AI-supported teaching methods from your home office within the WBS LearnSpace 3D®.

• You will provide focused support and resources to assist learners in overcoming their specific challenges.

• Adapting your coaching techniques to suit the individual needs and learning progression of participants is essential.

• You will also play a role in contributing to quality assurance initiatives.

• A strong command of German as the medium of instruction (C2 level) is required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A relevant professional qualification along with work experience in financial accounting or as a tax clerk.

• Practical experience as a trainer or lecturer in the field of financial accounting, including familiarity with DATEV.

• Knowledge of accounting fundamentals.

• Experience with posting business transactions.

• Competence in year-end closing and preparing annual financial statements.

• Evidence of pedagogical aptitude (AEVO certification is desirable).
