• In the role of Trainer - Education Consultant, you will immediately engage with a significantly enhanced delivery model that aligns training directly with active implementation milestones, from project kickoff through hypercare.
• You will shift from independent content creation to collaborating within ongoing customer projects, ensuring that each training session is customized to reflect real-world scenarios and evolving customer priorities.
• You’ll be instrumental in achieving measurable results by managing a regular schedule of customer training and designing hands-on, scenario-driven programs that mirror actual customer workflows.
• Your responsibilities will include close collaboration with Solution Delivery and Customer Success teams to identify training deficiencies and suggest proactive solutions that foster long-term adoption.
• By adopting a consulting approach in every interaction, you’ll listen to customer needs and convert them into effective learning experiences that enhance user capabilities.
• Training Delivery & Facilitation
• Conduct live Instructor Led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT) using hands-on, scenario-based exercises tailored for both end-users and admin-level audiences, adjusting your facilitation style in real time based on participant engagement and understanding.
• Support participants during live exercises and uncertain situations, keeping learning objectives in focus and making informed decisions when priorities or circumstances change during the engagement.
• Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions to empower customer-side trainers to independently carry forward the material, including delivery in multiple languages to support a global clientele.
• Implement adult learning principles and a learner-centered approach to design and deliver experiences that prioritize authentic skill transfer over mere content coverage.
• Exhibit intellectual curiosity and a dedication to continuous improvement, cultivating expertise in both the platform and educational practices while maintaining resilience amidst ambiguity or shifting priorities.
• Instructional Content Development
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to distill complex workflows into practical, scenario-based learning activities, including live exercises, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, job aids, and workflow videos.
• Create training content in various languages and develop reusable facilitation guides and activity banks that can be adapted for different customer engagements.
• Provide insights on learning contexts and audiences, designing materials that clearly differentiate between live, exercise-based delivery and self-paced learning, ensuring each format fulfills its intended role.
• Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders after delivery and utilize it to enhance content quality, relevance, and overall program effectiveness.
• Monitor content performance and learner outcomes to identify trends, highlight areas for improvement, and guide ongoing program development.
• Technical Aptitude & SaaS Platform Fluency
• Confidently navigate and demonstrate SaaS platforms in live settings, including troubleshooting unexpected software behaviors and elucidating admin concepts like user permissions, object configuration, and workflow rules within a training context.
• Leverage a solid understanding of Salesforce-based platforms or equivalent technical backgrounds to accurately address configuration-level inquiries and assist learners through complex workflows.
• Use a Learning Management System (LMS) to deploy, organize, and track learner progress, interpreting data and metrics to reveal adoption trends and propose targeted interventions.
• Effectively operate within structured implementation methodologies, delivering training during critical project phases such as User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management
• Tailor communication depth and tone for various audiences, ranging from executive sponsors to field technicians, and represent the education function assertively in customer-facing project discussions.
• Independently manage a pipeline of concurrent training engagements, proactively communicating when timelines are at risk and coordinating cross-functionally with Solution Delivery and Customer Success teams without introducing unnecessary overhead.
• Recognize the limits of educational scope, clearly advocate when requests exceed it, and escalate appropriately instead of absorbing unchecked scope.
• Demonstrate professional bilingual proficiency in French, German, Italian, or Spanish in a work environment.
• Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
• Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.
• Opportunities for professional development and training.
• Flexible work hours and remote work options.
• Collaborative and inclusive company culture.
