Trainer – Digital Learning Development, Instructional Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Accountable for ensuring learner success and fostering participant motivation.

• Provide guidance and support to learners within a flipped-classroom framework.

• Encourage active interaction with learning materials and their practical implementation.

• Facilitate group discussions about learning using innovative formats.

• Oversee the individual completion of assignments as part of portfolio development.

• Assist in the evaluation of learning outcomes.

• Conduct instruction remotely from the home office.

• Must have exceptional proficiency in German as the medium of instruction (C2 level).

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of two years of professional experience in Digital Learning Development.

• Degree or training in pedagogy, adult education, media or communication design, or a comparable qualification.

• In-depth understanding of e-learning and instructional design principles.

• Proficient use of at least one of the following tools: Articulate 360 (Rise or Storyline), Canva Pro, Genial.ly, Moodle, along with practical experience.

• Familiarity with generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT) to assist in designing and creating learning materials.

• Experience in designing learning environments, graphic design, and producing learning videos.

• Strong knowledge of media law and user experience (UX) principles.

• Several years of experience as an online trainer in adult education.

• Application of innovative techniques to engage learners.

• A New Work mindset and openness to experimenting with new learning technologies.

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for collaborative teamwork.
