This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• As a freelance trainer for WBS TRAINING, you play a crucial role in fostering the success and motivation of learners.
• You encourage active participation with the educational content and its practical implementation.
• You facilitate group discussions to reflect on acquired knowledge utilizing innovative formats.
• You inspire participants and create a positive learning and working environment.
• You oversee the individual completion of assignments as part of portfolio tasks.
• You assist in evaluating the product.
• You conduct lessons from your home office.
• You possess an excellent command of the German language for instruction (C2 level).
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in Digital Learning Development.
• A degree or training in pedagogy, adult education, media or communication design, or an equivalent qualification.
• Comprehensive knowledge in e-learning and instructional design.
• Proficient use of at least one of the following tools, with practical experience: Articulate 360 (Rise or Storyline), Canva Pro, Genial.ly, Moodle.
• Experience utilizing generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT) to aid in the design and creation of learning materials.
• Background in designing learning environments along with experience in image design and learning video production.
• Familiarity with media law and user experience (UX).
• Several years of experience as an online trainer in adult education, equipped with a comprehensive toolkit in methodology and didactics.
• Application of innovative techniques to engage learners.
• A new-work mindset and a willingness to experiment with emerging learning technologies.
• Strong communication abilities and a passion for teamwork.
