Trainer – Controlling & Business Intelligence, Power BI, AI tools

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the learning success and motivation of participants.

• Assist learners within a flipped classroom environment.

• Foster active engagement with learning materials and their practical application.

• Promote group discussions regarding learned content using innovative formats.

• Oversee individual assignments as part of project work.

• Evaluate project work.

• Aid in the development and ongoing enhancement of the training product.

• Conduct training sessions from a home office setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of professional experience in controlling & business intelligence (minimum 2 years).

• In-depth knowledge in controlling & business intelligence.

• Degree in business administration, controlling, business informatics, or a related field and/or professional experience in at least one of the following areas: AI fundamentals in reporting; Business Intelligence: data analysis & visualization; Business Intelligence: forecasting & scenario planning; Business Intelligence: automating reporting & anomaly detection; understanding & evaluating processes with AI; self-service business intelligence.

• Proficiency with the primary tool: Power BI.

• Experience with Microsoft Excel (preferred).

• Ability to effectively utilize generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot in Excel) to enhance work processes.

• Excellent command of the German language, as the training will be conducted in German (C2 level).
