Trainer – Controlling & Business Intelligence, Power BI, AI tools

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Accountable for ensuring the learning success and motivation of our participants.

• Promote active engagement with learning materials and their practical implementation.

• Foster group discussions and exchanges regarding the learned content using innovative formats.

• Inspire participants and maintain a positive atmosphere for learning and working.

• Oversee individual task completion as part of project work.

• Evaluate and grade project submissions.

• Assist in the ongoing development of the product.

• Provide instruction from a home office (remote).

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in Controlling & Business Intelligence (minimum 2 years).

• In-depth knowledge of Controlling & Business Intelligence.

• A degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Business Informatics, or a related field, along with professional experience in at least one of the following areas: AI fundamentals in reporting; Business Intelligence: data analysis & visualization; Business Intelligence: forecasting & scenario planning; Business Intelligence: automating reporting & detecting anomalies; understanding & evaluating processes with AI; Self-Service Business Intelligence.

• Proficiency with the primary tool: Power BI.

• Additional experience with: Microsoft Excel (preferred).

• Capability to purposefully apply generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot in Excel) to enhance work processes.

• Please include in your application a summary of projects where you utilized Power BI and/or AI tools in the field of Controlling & Business Intelligence. Briefly outline the tools used and their application.

• Several years of experience as an online trainer, preferably in the context of publicly funded continuing education. Application of innovative teaching methods to engage learners during synchronous online sessions. Strong communication skills and a passion for teamwork.
