Trainer – Chemicals Law and Industry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• As a freelance trainer at WBS TRAINING, you embody your area of expertise with enthusiasm and insight.

• Your main responsibility as a trainer is to enhance the competencies of the participants.

• In crafting your lessons, you serve as both a source of knowledge and a facilitator of learning — embracing Learning 4.0!

• This role involves delivering subject-specific instruction from the home office using the WBS LearnSpace 3D® platform.

• Employing a diverse range of teaching methods for effective lesson design is essential.

• You will prepare and create lesson-related educational materials in accordance with the curriculum.

• Assessments will be conducted to evaluate competency progress.

• You will utilize case studies from projects, training experiences, or real-world professional scenarios.

• A strong proficiency in German is required, as it will be the medium of instruction (C2 level).

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Pharmacy, and/or Law.

• Several years of professional experience within the environmental sector.

• Familiarity with REACH, CLP, the Hazardous Substances Ordinance, and international chemical regulations.

• An entrepreneurial mindset and approach.

• Initial experience in internal training, continuing education, or presenting case studies is preferred.

• Possession of methodical-didactic skills for effective instructional delivery.

• A self-directed and organized work style with a high level of personal accountability.

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for teamwork.
