Trainer – Care Software

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• In the role of voize Coach/Trainer – Care Software, you will focus on the human aspect of the voize implementation in your area: you will conduct onsite training for care teams, assist them with the daily use of the app, and help integrate voize into their routine work, ensuring it is not just a one-time trial.

• Conduct onsite training for care teams in nursing homes and clinics within your region, using clear, practical language that aligns with their everyday tasks.

• Assist teams in transitioning from "tried once" to making voize a fundamental part of their daily operations.

• Gather feedback from frontline professionals and relay it to the voize team to influence the continuous improvement of both product and training.

• Engage with care professionals on their level — communicate in a manner that resonates with those who work in care, demonstrating an understanding of their needs.

• A background in nursing — you are currently studying nursing or health sciences, or possess formal training or practical experience in the care sector.

• Flexible availability — suitable for working students, part-time employees, or those balancing this role with other jobs or studies.

• A passion for explaining concepts, listening, and helping others gain confidence with new tools.

• An interest in digital care, AI, and contemporary documentation practices.

• A readiness to provide onsite support to facilities in your region, with an understanding of the realities of shift work, including early shifts, handovers, documentation pressures, and associated challenges.
