This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

📋 Description

• Implementation and achievement of coaching objectives within the project

• Design of coaching programs and systematic training

• Preparation and execution of effective coaching sessions

• Monitoring and reporting on knowledge acquisition

• Assessment of training needs in collaboration with stakeholders

• Staying updated through the acceptance of calls

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken German skills

• Good English proficiency (at least B2 level)

• Strong self-management and ability to learn

• Creative skills

• Strong analytical abilities

• Teaching capability and systematic methodological approach

• Understanding of processes in the financial services sector
