Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the training manager and sales team to achieve pertinent goals, strategies, and initiatives.

• Coordinate with Sales Representatives to develop a monthly plan that supports both new and existing accounts in the territory to enhance sell-in and sell-through.

• Deliver training to both new and existing accounts, ensuring clients possess a comprehensive understanding of the brand and its products.

• Facilitate patient and consumer events.

• Maintain consistency in brand messaging.

• Present to audiences of varying sizes, both in-person and virtually (from office training to large-scale seminars).

• Onboard new hires within the internal team.

• Communicate and provide pertinent feedback and reporting to sales and training teams.

• Attend key medical conferences and trade shows as required.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the training manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in sales, training, or academic roles within the medical industry.

• Proficient in Japanese.

• Capable of reading and writing emails and documents in English for daily tasks.

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

• Comfortable delivering presentations to large groups.

• Exhibits a professional and polished appearance.

• Demonstrates self-direction and motivation.

• Medical qualifications are advantageous.

• Experience in medical aesthetics or dermatology.

• Background in training is beneficial.

• Previous sales experience is required.

• Experience working in a non-Japanese company.

• Experience in a start-up environment is desirable.

• Possesses a driving license and is comfortable driving a vehicle when necessary.
