Team Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Provide training to new hires to ensure exceptional customer support and equip them with the necessary skills to address issues.

• Facilitate ongoing training sessions to enhance employee performance and keep the team informed about product and brand developments.

• Create and update educational materials consistently.

• Deliver well-structured training sessions for new customer support representatives.

• Recognize areas for improvement and offer targeted training on those subjects.

• Inspire team members to foster a positive, efficient, and successful work environment.

• Ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and comprehensive information following established procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A European passport is necessary for application.

• Proficiency in both Norwegian and English, both spoken and written, at a C1 level.

• Prior experience in customer support is advantageous but not essential.

• Basic proficiency in computer skills is required.

• Exceptional multitasking abilities.

• A strong desire to learn and share knowledge.

• Patience and empathy towards customers and team members.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong skills in building interpersonal relationships.
