This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct instructor-led, virtual, and practical training sessions to support the implementation of enterprise healthcare technologies.
• Offer end-user assistance during system rollouts, go-live phases, and periods of post-implementation stabilization.
• Enhance the training curriculum, job aids, user manuals, and learning resources created by the instructional design team.
• Mentor end-users on system functionalities, workflows, and best practices to boost user confidence and technology adoption.
• Track user readiness and adoption, collecting feedback to pinpoint further training requirements.
• Work collaboratively with Organizational Change Management, Communications, and Deployment teams to ensure a seamless user experience during implementation.
• Assist in train-the-trainer sessions and support customer organizations with their local training initiatives.
• Record training activities, attendance logs, user feedback, and adoption metrics.
• Identify areas for enhancing training delivery, user engagement, and adoption tactics.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for end-users throughout the implementation process, fostering a positive customer experience and ensuring a smooth organizational transition.
• A Bachelor's degree in Education, Healthcare Administration, Communications, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in delivering technical training, software instruction, user support, or organizational adoption initiatives.
• Proven experience in facilitating instructor-led, virtual, or blended learning environments.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
• Preference for candidates with experience in supporting enterprise software implementations or healthcare technology deployments.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles, training methodologies, and change management concepts is advantageous.
• Experience with VA, VHA, DHA, or other Federal healthcare organizations, health IT, telehealth, or Federal program management is preferred.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to support customer training and deployment activities, if necessary.
• Capability to obtain and maintain a Level 3 Public Trust clearance.
