This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Promptly addressing customer inquiries accurately and efficiently through email and/or live chat.
• Handling both technical and non-technical queries.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints, identifying the root cause of issues, facilitating corrections or adjustments, and following up to ensure problems are resolved.
• Providing explanations and guidance to customers regarding product features and functionalities.
• Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge to respond to customer questions swiftly.
• Collaborating and communicating effectively with team members and colleagues to deliver the best possible solutions to customer problems.
• Applicants must have international customer support experience across voice, email, and chat channels.
• Candidates should be able to adapt to various customer issues, utilizing their product knowledge and presence of mind.

• Focus on quality by ensuring consistency and adherence to high standards.
• Willingness to work any shift and flexibility with rotational week offs is essential.
• Must possess a personal computer with Windows 8.1 or a later version.
• A high-speed broadband connection is mandatory.
• A UPS or power backup solution is preferred, if available.
• Candidates from other locations should be prepared to relocate to Hyderabad/Bangalore once office work resumes.
• Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills is required.
• Flexibility and availability for rotational shifts and week offs to cover operational hours.
• Must have logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
