Trainee – Influencer Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will be gradually immersed in the operational activities surrounding influencer campaigns, sales, and client services, taking charge of your own campaigns and clients.

• You will assist with projects from the initial coordination stage through to implementation, gaining insights on how to structure and manage successful collaborations.

• Proactively reach out to brands, proposing suitable influencers and partnership concepts.

• Conduct email and Zoom meetings with clients and influencers.

• Negotiate prices, deliverables, and terms.

• Coordinate and manage collaboration efforts between brands and influencers.

• Engage in the sales domain and maintain organized project records within the CRM system.

• Provide social media support as part of campaigns, including content creation, contests, approvals, and coordination.

• Organize and document your projects using various tools.

• Analyze and evaluate campaign performance.
