Trainee Football Scout

📋 Description

• Assist senior agents in discovering and recruiting talented football players through research and attendance at matches.

• Aid in the preparation and negotiation of player contracts, ensuring adherence to regulations while advocating for the best interests of clients.

• Organize logistics for player trials, meetings, and events, which includes managing travel arrangements and scheduling.

• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with players, clubs, and other stakeholders to enhance effective communication and collaboration.

• Provide administrative assistance by maintaining comprehensive records of player profiles, contracts, and negotiations to ensure accurate and current information management.
