Trainee Creative Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Engage in high-performance creative strategy: You will become part of a professional environment and gain insights into large-scale creative strategy, which includes developing, producing, testing, and optimizing creatives with real budgets, defined KPIs, and rapid iterations.

• Your work will not be merely for practice; instead, you will focus on scalable testing frameworks and assume responsibilities early in the process.

• You will progressively acquire skills that are in high demand in the creative strategist market.

• Create and assess data-driven creative strategies for both new and established channels.

• Conceptualize and script advertisements and social media content, transforming trends into effective performance concepts.

• Oversee international creative projects involving freelancers, creators, and the performance team.

• Utilize LLMs, generative AI tools, and automation to enhance creative production at scale.

• Perform basic video editing and refine creatives based on performance insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are imaginative: when viewing a video, you can instantly generate numerous ideas for alternative approaches and can improvise several new hooks, angles, or unconventional product uses on the spot.

• You possess a keen understanding of social media dynamics and can recognize emerging TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube trends before they gain widespread popularity.

• You can quickly identify when an idea appears generic or AI-generated and know how to leverage GPT and similar tools to produce genuinely engaging, natural concepts.

• You have strong analytical skills and can translate data into informed creative decisions.

• Prior experience with social media content (whether organic or paid) or as a creator is advantageous.
