Senior Performance Creative Strategist – fully remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance our paid social creative strategy with an emphasis on scalable creatives throughout the entire funnel (Top of Funnel, Middle of Funnel, Bottom of Funnel).

• Create high-converting direct-response advertisements — from initial hooks and scripts to clear messaging and conversion strategies.

• Establish strong creative territories, generate new ad concepts, and craft launch narratives for both existing and new products.

• Assess performance data and creative insights to iteratively create successful creatives and discover new testing methodologies.

• Develop and prioritize various advertisement formats such as User-Generated Content (UGC), skits, greenscreen, social proof, and comparison ads.

• Collaborate closely with design, content, and performance marketing teams to swiftly transform ideas into impactful creatives.

• Plan larger assets such as shoots or hero videos, consistently maintaining a clear focus on performance and scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• University degree in marketing, communications, media, business administration, or a comparable qualification (e.g., digital marketing).

• Several years of experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) paid social/performance creative, preferably within an e-commerce setting.

• Demonstrated experience with direct-response creatives.

• Strong grasp of buyer psychology and conversion strategies.

• Experience working with performance data and conducting tests.

• Proficient in tools such as Motion, with familiarity in AI tools being a plus.

• A sharp sense for formats, trends, and effective communication.

• Structured, independent work style and a genuine ownership mindset.

• Proficient in both German and English.
