Senior Creative Strategist – B2B SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You develop a deep understanding of our customers through precise analyses, using this knowledge as the foundation for cross-channel creative campaigns.

• You monitor and assess platform trends on LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and more, deriving strategic recommendations from these insights.

• You independently design storylines and user argument chains for ad campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and display networks.

• You create psychologically informed customer journeys that effectively engage, activate, and lead users to conversion.

• You collaborate closely with creative and performance teams to integrate data-driven strategies with sales psychology.

• You write compelling copy in both German and English, tailoring it to meet audience needs.

• You actively contribute to the evolution of our creative strategy approach, shaping the strategic direction of the area.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in conceptualizing and developing creative social media campaigns, preferably in agency, SaaS, or e-commerce environments.

• A solid understanding of performance marketing and cross-channel impact mechanisms.

• Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to develop creative concepts based on data.

• Artificial intelligence is more than just a buzzword for you – you have experience working with AI tools and know how to utilize them effectively in your daily work.

• Excellent communication skills in German and proficient English skills, both written and spoken.

• A proactive, structured, and responsible work style with high-quality expectations.

• A passion for teamwork, active collaboration, and joint development in an ambitious and dynamic environment.
