This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Create an engaging creative vision that aligns with the strategic priorities of the Country Content Strategy Lead and Country Manager.
• Collaborate effectively with local Marketing, SEO, and Community teams.
• Transform country and regional strategies into campaigns that are relevant to local audiences.
• Promote the adoption of AI in production and content innovation, supporting new product formats and emerging trends to keep creative outputs innovative and competitive.
• Supervise the development of content, including design kits, campaign documents, creator briefs, and in-house production as necessary.
• Collaborate with Freelance Copywriters and/or AI-generated content to ensure that the copy is culturally appropriate and adheres to our best practice standards for writing.
• Curate and frame content editorially for marketing initiatives, showcases, and seasonal calendars to enhance local relevance.
• Actively identify content gaps and curate assets that reflect strategic priorities and uphold creative excellence.
• Oversee quality control for all content outputs, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and maintaining high standards for visual and messaging quality.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of local culture, consumer behavior, and design trends to guide content direction and strategy.
• Conduct foundational content research to ensure that creative and editorial outputs are aligned with strategic objectives and cultural nuances.
• Provide cultural expertise to scale content, ensuring authenticity and relevance in the local market across AICG, partnerships, and creators.
• Advocate for hyperlocal design perspectives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• A Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in creative leadership roles, preferably with an international, regional, or market-level focus.
• A robust portfolio that showcases outstanding design work and content campaigns reflecting cultural resonance and local user needs.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (SEO, Growth, Marketing, Product).
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling abilities.
• A results-driven mindset that balances creative innovation with business and user objectives.
• Experience managing freelancers and/or creators, with an emphasis on quality and alignment.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a willingness to experiment.
• Fluent in both Urdu and English.
