Trainee AI/ML Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Development of internal AI solutions from the ground up

• Transformation of business requests from teams into efficient LLM architectures using RAG, embeddings, and vector search

• Creation of a scalable AI infrastructure foundation that grows with the business

• Automation of routine processes to reduce team workload

• Establishment of AI as a practical business tool

• Development of long-term AI systems that enhance company efficiency

• Improvement of data and knowledge access to expedite decision-making

• Work under the mentorship of experienced AI Engineers

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience implementing RAG, embedding processes, or configuring vector databases

• Understanding of LLM, prompt engineering, and contextual management

• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript

• Experience with LangChain, PydanticAI, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks

• Familiarity with N8N, Diffy, or other automation/orchestration platforms

• Knowledge of classic ML algorithms: Regression, Tree-based, Clustering

• Understanding of MLOps fundamentals, CI/CD, and containerization

• Ability to confidently read technical documentation and APIs

• Experience with logs and observability
