Traffic Technical Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical expert for the Technical Account Management team, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating client-facing initiatives.

• Diagnose and address technical challenges across campaigns, tracking tags, data pipelines, reports, and internal tools, including critical cases for major accounts.

• Handle and oversee large quantities of structured client data files that contain product and offer information utilized in advertising campaigns, from initial setup and custom processing to error diagnosis and resolution.

• Set up and implement tracking tags and client integrations, including Google Tag Manager implementations and reporting integrations.

• Develop scripts and automation solutions using Node.js across various data sources such as APIs, XML, CSV, JSON, Google Sheets, BigQuery, and PostgreSQL.

• Create and sustain scheduled automations and automated data flows across multiple systems and integrations.

• Contribute to the development of internal documentation and promote knowledge sharing within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English, as technical discussions occur in this language on a daily basis;

• Fundamental knowledge of SQL;

• Basic understanding of JavaScript (or another scripting language);

• Analytical mindset for effective problem-solving;

• Strong communication skills, particularly in crafting concise and clear descriptions of issues while coordinating with other departments;

• Excellent self-organization abilities.
