Trading Support Operator, EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for sportsbook clients regarding GRID's Odds offerings and trading-related services.

• Address customer inquiries and operational notifications, ensuring that issues are acknowledged and investigated promptly.

• Assist clients with inquiries related to fixture coverage, market accessibility, market availability, settlement, and product functionality.

• Collect and verify information to ascertain the nature and implications of customer-reported issues.

• Refer issues to the relevant internal teams when necessary.

• Aid in enhancing the GRID product suite based on customer insights and defects you have identified.

• Record and monitor operational, product, and service concerns.

• Continuously expand your expertise in esports, sportsbook operations, betting markets, and GRID products to improve service quality and decision-making.

• Contribute daily to our knowledge base to disseminate your expertise among GRID employees, partners, and clients.

• Prior experience in customer-facing support, operations, or similar roles.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capacity to quickly learn new products, services, and operational processes.

• Proficient in investigating issues and gathering pertinent information.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Familiarity with collaborative tools such as Slack, G-Suite, Jira, and Teams.

• Interest in esports, betting, or data-driven products.

• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced operational setting.

• Willingness to work shifts and weekends as required.

• Proficient written and spoken English, with knowledge of additional languages being an advantage.
