Trading & Reconciliation Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute various trading and cash reconciliation tasks within a daily valuation retirement plan framework.

• Assist in trading, settlement, and cash reconciliation processes for funds.

• Handle daily and complex trade requests across diverse custodians and databases.

• Process, verify, and distribute trade files.

• Manage manual internal and external trade requests and update the recordkeeping system accordingly.

• Conduct high-volume cash reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, communicate findings, and monitor resolutions.

• Monitor, assess, and resolve trade rejects with custodians and internal teams.

• Investigate and resolve fund variances across both internal and external systems.

• Complete daily trade settlements and confirmations, ensuring accuracy and resolving exceptions.

• Process reinvested cash dividends.

• Supervise and address requests from group email inboxes and Salesforce cases.

• Generate and distribute weekly reports on outstanding reconciliation items.

• Investigate system errors stemming from trading and cash activities.

• Oversee daily cash processing, including ACH transactions and daily deposit reporting.

• Monitor, verify, and report on trade rejects and cash transactions using Salesforce CRM.

• Review exceptions and identify risks related to trading and uninvested cash.

• Provide training and support to both internal and offshore support teams.

• Undertake additional responsibilities and projects as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Finance is preferred.

• 3–4 years of experience in retirement plans, the financial industry, or equivalent organizational experience.

• Experience with Salesforce is preferred.

• Background in trading, bank reconciliation, bookkeeping, accounting, or retirement plan reconciliation is preferred.

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to exercise independent judgment, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.

• Capacity to thrive in a high-pressure environment with stringent deadlines.

• Composure under pressure, a positive attitude, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to work independently and collaboratively while adhering to tight schedules.

• Ability to sit, type, and view a computer monitor for extended periods.

• Must maintain an uninterrupted virtual workspace during business hours.

• Family care arrangements must be in place during business hours.

• Internet speed of 50 MBps or better is required for individual use.
