This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Perform provider enrollment and form mapping tasks, ensuring precision, promptness, and compliance with established workflows and standards.
• Investigate and confirm payer enrollment requirements to guarantee that all tasks are complete and actionable.
• Prepare and maintain enrollment documentation, which includes forms, templates, and supporting materials.
• Ensure data integrity by reviewing case submissions, identifying any missing or incorrect details, and driving resolution before moving forward with work.
• Examine and address enrollment-related issues utilizing internal systems, documentation, and external research.
• Collaborate with payers and intermediaries as necessary to clarify requirements or resolve standard issues.
• Recognize trends in errors, missing data, or inefficiencies and provide feedback to enhance templates, workflows, and documentation.
• Utilize WaystarAI and approved AI tools to minimize manual tasks, enhance research accuracy, and improve execution quality.
• 1–3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, enrollment, credentialing, or a related area.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume work environment.
• Proficient in researching, analyzing, and resolving issues independently within established processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and adhere to defined timelines.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with provider enrollment processes or payer requirements.
• Knowledge of EDI, credentialing workflows, or healthcare integrations.
• Background in case management or workflow-driven settings.
• Familiarity with process improvement or operational optimization initiatives.
• Experience utilizing AI, automation, or data tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
