This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the long-term vision, strategy, and multi-release roadmap for the Desktop Client, alongside its associated SDK and CLI functionalities.
• Define and communicate the strategy for integrating connection brokering, credential delivery, and protocol access.
• Develop and sustain the business case, success metrics, and outcome targets for the product.
• Manage end-to-end delivery from discovery through definition to launch.
• Collaborate closely with engineering on architecture-related decisions for the cross-platform client.
• Shape the user experience for connecting via SSH, RDP, VNC, HTTPS, Kubernetes, databases, and cloud service providers.
• Establish the metrics, telemetry, and feedback mechanisms necessary to assess adoption, reliability, and friction.
• Interact directly with customers, prospects, analysts, and field teams to validate the product direction.
• Monitor the competitive landscape to ensure Delinea's roadmap remains ahead of the curve.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management, particularly with significant responsibility for technical, infrastructure, security, or identity products.
• Proven experience as a PM in defining vision and strategy for a complex product and successfully managing its delivery at scale.
• Experience overseeing desktop, CLI, or cross-platform applications (macOS/Windows/Linux), or similar systems where the client experience is vital to the product.
• Strong technical understanding of networking and secure access concepts, including protocols such as SSH, RDP, VNC, and HTTPS; as well as TLS and certificates; databases, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Demonstrated capability to translate complex architectural constraints into a clear, customer-focused roadmap, and to make and justify challenging prioritization decisions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven history of influencing executives, engineers, and customers.
