This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Execute OTC trades promptly and efficiently, ensuring adherence to internal policies, including pricing and trading regulations, as well as compliance with regulatory standards.

• Monitor market dynamics and evaluate trading opportunities, leveraging a solid understanding of options and financial derivatives.

• Effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to align trading strategies and initiatives.

• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all trading activities, documentation, and compliance matters.

• Perform comprehensive risk assessments to ensure financial risks are managed effectively.

• Collaborate with team members to exchange insights and determine the best solutions to offer.

• Daily use of trading algorithms to hedge derivatives and execute client transactions, while also playing a vital role in monitoring and improving these algorithms for optimal performance.

• 2-8 years of trading experience, ideally within the cryptocurrency sector.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and SQL is valued, though not mandatory.

• Experience in trading a variety of financial products using advanced trading algorithms.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills are essential for effective coordination within the team and client interactions.

• Strong attention to detail is required.

• A reasonable understanding of options and other financial derivatives is needed.

• Ability to work diligently and consistently is expected.

• Comfort with managing financial risk is necessary.
