This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Oversee the trading system to enhance trade volume, achieving target metrics.

• Collaborate closely with developers and quantitative analysts to provide practical feedback for system improvements.

• Partner with the operational support team to refine and optimize the trading pipeline.

• Quickly resolve practical issues to reduce trading downtime.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related field (such as physics, economics, etc.).

• Strong commitment to work and a desire for success.

• Proven track record of excellence in a technical field (not limited to academic achievements).

• Ability to follow instructions precisely and communicate technical challenges effectively.

• Availability during weekends and evenings.

• Capable of multitasking and managing time efficiently.

• Willingness to work during unsociable hours (including weekends, early mornings, and late nights).

• A solid understanding of betting and odds will be advantageous.
