Trademark Docketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Deliver docketing support for trademark prosecution and enforcement cases being monitored in Alt Legal's software.

• Establish and update docket records; produce customized docket and audit reports.

• Work alongside the team to enhance and optimize workflow processes for better efficiency.

• Assist in the onboarding of new clients to facilitate seamless transitions; collaborate with clients as necessary to comprehend their specific docketing needs for tracking cases within Alt Legal's software.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a trademark docketing specialist or paralegal position.

• In-depth understanding of USPTO procedures and the TMEP.

• Comprehensive knowledge of WIPO procedures and docketing practices.

• Familiarity with international trademark prosecution, including filings under the Madrid Protocol and direct national submissions.

• Strong capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Self-driven with outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Excellent research, writing, and communication abilities (both verbal and written).

• Capacity to mentor and guide team members while remaining receptive to feedback.
