Trade Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture professional relationships with clients and vendors to understand their operational requirements in a specific trade area, assisting in the development and implementation of tailored solutions.

• Evaluate vendor proposals on behalf of clients to ensure the scope and pricing of recommended work are appropriate.

• Create and manage client and internal initiatives as well as special projects.

• Act as a technical and subject matter expert resource for the department and leadership.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for both internal and external clients; resolve issues with vendors as necessary.

• Proactively address vendor and client concerns; drive all matters towards resolution and escalate timely only when required.

• Provide assistance to the Trade Representative as needed.

• Promote a positive work atmosphere and collaborate effectively with all stakeholders.

• Ensure the confidentiality of both internal and external data.

• Undertake ad-hoc projects and other responsibilities as assigned.

• Maintain continuous professional development and stay informed about trade and industry advancements.

• Seek out opportunities for ongoing process improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• Relevant trade qualification is required.

• 3 to 4 years of experience in a related field or an internal promotion from within Lessen.

• Experience in facilities management, retail, or a buildings environment.

• Proven ability to resolve complex trade-related technical challenges.
