This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Ensure that promotional plans are accurately represented within the company's TPM system (Exceedra).

• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of promotional, customer, and financial data within the TPM system, proactively identifying and addressing discrepancies.

• Assist in trade forecasting, reporting, and accrual processes through precise system administration.

• Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to guarantee timely and accurate promotional information.

• Work closely with the Sales team to assess and enhance trade plans within authorized spending limits across their retailer portfolios.

• Evaluate promotional performance at both the brand and PPG levels, providing actionable insights to maximize trade investment effectiveness.

• Produce monthly reports on Trade KPIs and Trade Calendars for key stakeholders throughout the organization.

• Execute trade-related SOX controls, including ongoing control reviews and data validations within the TPM system, to ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls.

• Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits of trade spending and promotional investments.

• Identify and implement process enhancements that bolster governance and mitigate operational risks.

• Collaborate with the Deductions team to ensure retailer deductions are accurately reflected in promotional plans within the TPM system.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience is required.

• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in retail sales, including roles focused on analysis, P&L Management, sales reporting, and planning is required.

• Strong understanding of CPG-related trade spend management.

• Experience with TPM is essential.

• Proven experience working across functions with Sales, Audit, Accounting, and Finance teams.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Slack, and other professional tools.

• Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail.

• Self-motivated with the capability to collaborate in a team-oriented setting and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

• Ability to convey complex concepts clearly and succinctly; strong presentation abilities.

• Passionate about enhancing childhood nutrition for a healthier and happier planet.

• Eager to contribute to a dynamic, high-growth, purpose-driven workplace.

• Proven ability to thrive in uncertain conditions, deeply understand business needs, formulate a cohesive strategy, and make well-informed decisions requiring significant judgment.

• Up to 10% travel may be required: While this position is remote, "Farmers" do meet as a company or department a few times a year, so anticipate potential travel a few times each quarter.

• Previous experience in cross-functional work between Sustainability and Sales is preferred.

• Must reside in the United States to be considered for this role.
