Trade Compliance Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer legal expertise and assistance regarding export controls, sanctions, and customs compliance.

• Perform comprehensive assessments of international trade transactions and agreements.

• Carry out investigations and prepare voluntary disclosures.

• Provide guidance on trade compliance requirements and best practices.

• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve compliance issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in the Vietnamese language.

• Experience in legal practice with an emphasis on international trade compliance.

• In-depth understanding of import and export controls, economic sanctions, and customs regulations.

• Capacity to remain updated on modifications to trade laws and regulations.

• Juris Doctor degree or its equivalent, with a valid license to practice law.
