This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Collaborate closely with Operations staff to ensure that services align with customer expectations and timelines.
• Help address and resolve customer service challenges.
• Evaluate customer facilities for any defects requiring repair and submit reports to Estimators for bidding purposes.
• Uphold service quality by adhering to organizational standards.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
• A high school diploma is mandatory.
• Preferred: 3-5 years of experience in the construction field.
• Preferred: Experience in project management, including the analysis of project costs and information, budget setting, and cost estimation.
• Preferred: 2 years of experience in the construction field.
• Ability to cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with customers and vendors.
• Proficient in computer software necessary for daily business operations (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills: Must be adept in various communication modes (verbal, non-verbal, and written) and demonstrate strong active listening abilities.
• Required: Strong teamwork, initiative, resilience, and tact.
• Possess a solid understanding of the relevant field or discipline engaged in on a daily basis.
