TPM – Wallet & Payments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of wallet and payment functionalities.

• Coordinate timelines among engineering, product, compliance, and partner teams.

• Decompose intricate fintech projects into straightforward execution strategies.

• Serve as the liaison between: Engineering, Product, Compliance/Risk, and External partners (such as banks and payment providers).

• Ensure all stakeholders are on the same page regarding what is being developed, the rationale, and the timelines.

• Collaborate closely with teams to ensure delivery aligns with UAE regulatory requirements.

• Monitor dependencies related to: KYC / AML, payment integrations, and wallet operations.

• Guarantee that documentation, timelines, and readiness for regulatory assessments are in order.

• Proactively identify obstacles and facilitate swift resolutions.

• Oversee multiple workstreams across wallets, payments, and integrations.

• Provide structure in uncertain situations while maintaining high momentum.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience as a TPM / Program Manager / Delivery Lead.

• Previous experience with fintech products (wallets, payments, banking, BNPL, etc.).

• Strong comprehension of backend-heavy systems and APIs.

• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

• Experience with fintech products within the UAE market.

• Knowledge of regulatory limitations.

• Familiarity with payment integration processes.

• Understanding of banking ecosystems.

• Strong skills in program management and execution.

• Capable of managing multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.

• Excellent communication skills, particularly between technical and non-technical teams.

• Demonstrates a strong ownership mindset.
