This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Act as the main contact for designated accounts, overseeing relationships from the onboarding phase to renewal.
• Facilitate client meetings, claims evaluations, and stewardship sessions, delivering actionable insights on claims performance, trends, and results.
• Supervise the quality of claims management and TPA performance, ensuring compliance with best practices, service standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with adjusters, supervisors, and leadership to address escalations and enhance claim outcomes.
• Examine claims data (including frequency, severity, lag time, and expenses) to propose cost-saving measures and strategies for program enhancement.
• Aid in the onboarding of new accounts, guaranteeing a seamless transition in claims management and reporting.
• Support contract negotiations, renewals, and financial reconciliation, encompassing claim costs and program performance.
• Engage in sales presentations and finalist meetings, highlighting claims expertise and service capabilities.
• 3–7+ years of experience in a TPA, insurance carrier, or claims organization.
• Strong expertise in auto liability, general liability, and/or workers’ compensation claims.
• Demonstrated experience in a client-facing, consultative, or account management position.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Industry certifications such as AIC, CPCU, or similar are advantageous.
