This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Consistently provide exceptional customer service and ensure traveller satisfaction.
• Offer guidance to our travellers and take responsibility for their well-being.
• Continuously enhance your understanding of the destination, including its culture, religion, current events, and environment.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of accommodations, attractions, dining options, transportation, souvenirs, and pricing.
• Establish a network of information sources and contacts that can assist when needed.
• Keep a valid passport and visa up to date.
• Ensure vaccinations and preventive medications are current.
• Be alert to potential opportunities for G Adventures, such as new destinations, new leaders, emerging markets, or enhancements to itineraries.
• Serve as the daily guide, interpreter, and manager of the group.
• Address any issues or concerns raised by travellers, ensuring passenger satisfaction is prioritized.
• Adhere closely to the planned travel itinerary, making modifications only when necessary.
• Arrange reservations for lodging, transport, and activities as needed.
• Support and accompany travellers during optional activities and meals, providing recommendations for suitable dining, additional transport needs, and souvenir purchases.
• Keep daily expenditure records, retain receipts, and ensure expenses align with the provided trip budget.
• Submit a report for each trip in the required format.
• Update the Trip notes in the standardized format.
• Train new Leaders as requested, sharing as much trip-related knowledge as possible.
• Provide assistance to regional offices as requested by Managers or the Toronto office.
• A passion for Adventure Travel: As specialists in adventure, we seek CEOs who have a genuine enthusiasm for exploring vibrant and exciting regions of the world.
• Prior experience living, travelling, studying, or working abroad is a crucial requirement for this role.
• Must be legally eligible to work in South Asia.
• Language proficiency: All G Adventures tours are conducted in English, so a strong command of the English language is essential. Proficiency in region-specific languages is also highly valued.
• Exceptional Leadership and Communication Skills: We look for individuals with experience in leadership roles and a proven ability to communicate effectively across diverse contexts.
• Resourcefulness: We need CEOs who can think critically and stay composed in unpredictable and high-pressure situations.
• Commitment to Sustainable Tourism: Our CEOs must be dedicated to environmentally and culturally responsible tourism and serve as inspiring examples to travellers.
• Good Health and High Energy Level: While it may seem evident, we require CEOs who can manage the daily stresses, both mental and physical, of long and demanding days.
• First Aid/CPR Certification: CEOs must be ready to respond in case of emergencies.
• Transportation to the training location: It is the CEO's responsibility to arrange their own transportation to the training trip's starting point.
• Background in basic accounting/budgeting: Experience managing budgets or creating personal budgets is advantageous.
• Computer literacy: Proficiency in using the Internet, E-mail, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel is essential.

• Support through various Team Resource Groups.
