⛳️ Requirements

• A valid Class 2 license is mandatory.

• A P endorsement is required.

• A Comprehensive First Aid Certificate is necessary.

• You must be a responsible, motivated team player who enjoys traveling and engaging with people from diverse backgrounds.

• Proven leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to navigate group dynamics, various personalities, and cultural differences.

• Effective communication skills across a broad spectrum of contexts are required.

• You should remain cool, calm, and collected under pressure.

• Proactive problem-solving abilities are crucial, including managing injuries, budgeting, and addressing unexpected situations.

• A customer service mindset is essential, prioritizing your passengers' needs with a friendly demeanor.

• A commitment to Sustainable/Community Tourism is necessary; our CEOs should exemplify environmentally and culturally responsible tourism.

• A passionate love for New Zealand is a must.

• You should enjoy teamwork and be eager to contribute to G’s vibrant culture!
